The Ivory Trade
Having successfully achieved its objectives, Stop Ivory formally closed in December 2020.

Stockpiles of ivory, and other wildlife products, accrue from carcasses found in the wild or seized from poachers and traffickers.

The Elephant Protection Initiative is dedicated to mitigating and, where possible, preventing, the conflict between elephants and people.
